VMT Solutions Ltd provides professional installation, maintenance and technical support for security and fire protection systems, including but not limited to:

Intruder alarm systems
Fire alarm systems
Access control systems
Fault finding and maintenance services
Subcontract technical support for security integrators
Services are provided to both residential and commercial clients across Telford, Shropshire, the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
4. Quotations
All quotations provided by VMT Solutions Ltd:
are valid for 30 days
are subject to site conditions and survey findings
may change if additional work is required
Quotations do not include work outside the agreed scope unless otherwise specified.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure:
safe and reasonable access to the property or installation site
the availability of mains power where required
access to existing system documentation if available
Where required by law or regulation, the client must provide appropriate documentation such as Fire Risk Assessments.
6. Installation and Maintenance
VMT Solutions Ltd will perform services with reasonable care, skill and professional standards consistent with industry practices.
Installation work will be carried out in accordance with relevant British Standards where applicable, including:
BS 5839 (Fire Alarm Systems)
applicable security system standards
7. Payment and Invoicing
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
payment for installation works may require a deposit prior to commencement
remaining balances are due upon completion of the work
Maintenance or service visits may be invoiced following completion.
Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.
8. Variations and Additional Work
Any work outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.
Additional work will only proceed once approved by the client, and may result in additional charges.
9. Warranty
Where equipment is supplied by VMT Solutions Ltd, manufacturer warranties may apply.
Installation workmanship is guaranteed for a reasonable period unless damage is caused by:
third-party interference
environmental factors
misuse or unauthorised modifications
10. Liability
VMT Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for:
indirect or consequential loss
loss caused by misuse of installed systems
failures resulting from factors outside our control
Security systems reduce risk but cannot guarantee the prevention of incidents.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Subcontract Work
Where VMT Solutions Ltd provides subcontract engineering services to third-party companies, the applicable contractual terms agreed between the parties will take precedence over these website terms.
12. Cancellations
Clients must provide reasonable notice if cancelling scheduled works.
Late cancellations may incur a call-out or administrative charge.
